School of thought………..

My latest carving was of a bluefin tuna since they often run in schools I thought separating the tail from the body of the fish would help complete the look of a small school in the corner of my bedroom. I just recently read a very disturbing article about bluefin tuna and its potential extinction on Huffington Post http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/08/12/bluefin-tuna-extinction_n_924957.html .

Unless one says goodbye to what one loves, and unless one travels to completely new territories, one can expect merely a long wearing away of oneself and an eventual extinction.
